3 Ingredient Beer Cheese Dip
Course Lunch/Snack, Dinner/Entree
- Cut Melting Cheese into 1-inch cubes.
- Add cheese cubes into medium size non-stick pot over medium heat. Stir occasionally to avoid cheese burning.
- Once cheese has completely melted, pour lager beer and garlic powder into cheese. Increase heat to medium-high. Stir continuously for 3-5.
- Once ingredients have completely mixed together reduce heat to medium-low, OR transfer dip into crockpot at low heat. Serve with soft pretzels, pita or sourdough bread.
