Founded in the early part of the 20th century, the history of the California Cheese & Butter Association parallels the evolution of quality dairy products in California.

Today’s California Cheese & Butter Association represents companies from all over the United States and abroad. The Association pledges to promote the consumption of cheese and butter products to consumers.

Member and Industry Involvement

The CCBA provides its members a unique interaction and networking, on many levels of the dairy supply chain. The organization connects together all segments of dairy manufacturing, suppliers, brokers, distributors, retailers and consumers. By working together on the common cause of the CCBA mission statement, its diverse members also develop relationships to communicate and execute mutually beneficial programs.

The CCBA provides a forum for industry involvement at many levels. The Association supports special wine and cheese events in Northern and Southern California.  The CCBA also participates in other networking events in California.  Membership brings these benefits as well as others to you and your company.
